From a natural-farming tea garden at 200m elevation in Luye, Taitung. A blend of Jin Xuan and Ying Xiang cultivars, crafted with heavy fermentation and electric roasting in BOP style. Complex aroma layers of caramel, pineapple, honey, red pomegranate, and woody notes. Smooth, sweet, with a lingering finish. Net weight 150g.
Use 3-5g of tea leaves with 95°C (200°F) water. First steep about 45 seconds, adding 10-15 seconds each subsequent steep. Good for 5-6 infusions. Also great cold-brewed: 5g in 500ml room-temp water, refrigerate 8 hours.
